The following terms shall have the meaning as set out below:

Gift voucher : Refers to a document containing the restaurant's offer, the amount, the name of the purchaser, the recipient, and the validity period, allowing the holder to receive a service at the De Feierwon restaurant.
Reference code : A unique identifier associated with the gift voucher, to be provided when making a reservation at the restaurant.
Recipient (To the attention of): The person who benefits from the gift voucher offer, mentioned on the voucher.
Customer Person who purchases a gift voucher, an event offer, or a physical product, for their own use or for a third party (recipient).
Restaurant Establishment De Feierwon (ANAMA SLE Sarl) – Registration Number: 20152461632, VAT Number: LU29442109, Trade Register: B201691, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, Luxembourg.
Event offer Reservation of a specific offer for events such as Valentine's Day, National Day, etc.
Products Items available for purchase on our website and to be picked up at the restaurant (e.g., bottles of olive oil).

Order process and validation

The purchase of a gift voucher is made directly online through our website.
A summary will be sent by email after the order is confirmed, including the gift voucher in PDF format.
The order will be validated after the final acceptance by the buyer.

Use

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The voucher must be printed to be presented at the time of reservation or upon arrival at the restaurant.
When making a reservation, the gift voucher reference code must be provided.
The gift voucher amount must be used in one single transaction. No refund will be provided if the consumption is less than the value of the voucher.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used before cancellation.

Liability

The company ANAMA SLE Sarl cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.

Order process and validation

The physical products purchased on our website must be collected directly at our establishment (De Feierwon, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe).
No shipping or home delivery is provided.
The products will be available for pickup at the establishment within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been picked up.
The products must be returned in their new and unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Booking and confirmation

The booking of an event offer is confirmed after payment.
When booking, please specify your request with the number of people and the arrival time.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event.

In the event of partial or total cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, disasters, force majeure), the service provider will refund the customer for the full prepayment made.
No further compensation may be claimed.

The prices of gift vouchers, event offers, and physical products are listed in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the secure system on our website.

The personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg data protection legislation.
